Not been very active here yet, mostly feeling overwhelmed by the state of UK higher education (i.e., appalling mismanagement by its 'leaders') on the bird place.

So, to try and rebalance all that whelm and keeping this a more positive space for me, I'm happy to report that I held a really enjoyable writing retreat last week in beautiful Gower, and I've finally been trying to get my head around SEM this week!
