Finally mustered the courage to hit “submit” on that SDSU MBA program application 😬

I used to love rainy days.

Until I got a dog.

A large mix of breeds adapted to cold northern latitudes who couldn’t care less about weather conditions, and MUST go outside. Multiple times. 🙄

And so begins the 40s era 😬
Feels like another day for the most part, save for the constant awareness that it’s the last one I’ll be in my 30s 😬

It feels so absurd to read about the horrors going on each day and having to prioritize and focus on the academic obligations I’ve taken on so much debt in order to attempt.

Would that I already had the method and the means to do something more beneficial for society at large in these dark times

How the existential pressures of age and being the sole suriving Mexican-mixed grandson my Chinese grandparents never wanted has driven my academic endeavors.

And created a call to civics and public service to my home city of San Diego.
