@rmondello @mipstian @lapcatsoftware Does Wipr and StopTheMadness play nice with each other? I’m assuming if there’s any conflict it will be with Wipr Extra?
@teotwaki @christianselig I drill holes with this impact driver all the time. I’m not saying I should be doing it, but it works for the silly little projects I need it for
@christianselig kk - not sure what additional info I can offer, but I still stand by my vote that this tool is great. Buy it at a diy store and try it with the option of returning?

@christianselig yeah I just checked the manual too. Learned something new about my own device

Edit - my trigger is variable speed. It changes the RPM based on how hard I pull it

@christianselig there’s a drill setting on mine that I can select. It may disable the impact function?

@christianselig ok I must be missing something. I thought my video showed my impact driver being quieter than your drill.

I think the meeting resistance thing is a feature not a bug, but I’m just a generic diy guy so don’t know all the details

@christianselig is there a particular reason you want the drill version? This has drill bits and it does everything. It’s honestly incredible. So tiny. Brushless so it’ll last forever. Great battery life. Never felt like it was underpowered.
@christianselig here’s a m12 surge 1/4” part number 2551-20 for comparison. I don’t find it loud at all and I love how small and powerful it is
