Always hoped I'd get a chance to go to a game with @rit but it was not to be. Here for the Avs and Flyers today in his memory.

I've seen folks hail this as more than doubling pay at every level, which is true, but once we look at the actual numbers, it's still pretty shameful given the time investment involved in developing as a professional athlete. Surely a couple million more every year to give players more development time and less stress should be a worthwhile investment for multi-billion-dollar orgs like any MLB club. #MiLB
