UPDATE!

I have a solid lead … thanks for all the help!

Hey, Mastodon … I’m trying to track down an #AppleNewton developer named Stephen D. Cronin.

He worked at #AMD and operated a software company called TapTech based out of Austin, Texas in the late 90s. I’ve managed to contact his former software partner, Francis Preve … but Francis lost touch with Stephen years ago.

Together they released a sequencer program for #NewtonOS called NR404 and I’m hoping the source code still exists somewhere.

@Sustainable2050 @ZLabe How do I start? Should I lower my electric consumption and use of mobile devices? I honestly don't know if that would help, and if others are doing so to help the cause..

While that question is floating around- I do vote and would love for my country to use multiple alternate energy sources (including nuclear). But besides that, I'm stomped on what I should be doing besides living my [hard] life.
