Software releases are always fun.

I once saw a golden master file with the filename something-final-final-final-final-final.tgz -- and there may have been more finals than that.

It always feels like that.

There are experienced software developers who basically don't know how to use a Linux terminal. My productivity would be so much lower if I didn't ... how do they do this?
Today's accomplishment: a jq command-line that goes across the entire screen. Wrapped in a bash for loop with some sed mixed in for the filenames. Yay shell programming.
How come that as soon as you have deleted the code that has been useless for some weeks, you need it literally 5 minutes later?

Editing Python code and Hugo documentation at the same time.

Am I the only one who keeps creating __index__.py files and init.md files?

@ShadSterling For that reason, I always argue with myself. Loudly, if possible. (Usually I lose...#$^Q%#^!)
