Now I figured out why Windoze updates (including security ones) are getting worse everyday.

The reason? Long ago M$ had realized that people still use their OS because application software is only available on Windoze but they won't pay for a license for it. Realizing can't depend on Windoze license embedded into the computer from OEMs forever, they have to change the tactics. (1/2)
