Building for Continuous Integration
Finally processed the lengthy feedback from the wonderful @lisihocke
In part 1 - Team Working for Continuous Integration we looked into the team practices that make Continuous Integration. In part 2 - Coding for Continuous Integration we explored the engineering practices for Continuous Integration. In this last part, we investigate the required practices for a team to succeed with Continuous Integration, i.e. which are the building practices and how to improve builds to support the team practices - especially Agree as a Team to Never Break the Build - and the coding practices - in particular Make Changes in Small Increments and Commit Frequently.
This is a spectacular resume! I'd probably spend an hour on it, and definitely give Valerie a call.

I started reading Critical Chain from Eliyahu Goldratt.
ToC applied to project management.
I like it, very much. Quite entertaining.
If you would like to start speaking and wondering which conference to pick I wholeheartedly advise @LeanAgileScot or any of Software Acumen’s confs and @Agileonthebeach
Why is that? You have as much chance to be accepted as a rock star speaker. Coz they do blind reviews.
We don’t see names. Reviews are solely based on the quality of the content.
And when I see a name in a proposal, that is already a red flag 🚩 for me.
It happens that rock star speakers don’t get through the review.
I have to admit, well at least that was for me, both conferences are intimidating but in the end they are very welcoming for new speakers both the audience as the organisers.
Remember, there’s infrastructure, and then there’s Dutch infrastructure.
