In the past few days, several bug fixes for twin's translucency settings have been added to #TDE's code. Using translucency should now provide a smoother experience, with less annoying bugs that previously required restarting a session or twin.

A small improvement for #TDE's Konqueror. The desktop is an important place for many users, so we have added a "Go to Desktop" entry to the "Go" menu for a quick way to navigate to it.

If you use #TDE's kvirc, you probably know that the GUI is only available in English.
We have fixed some long existing bugs and translations into other languages are now working again. Autodetection of the selected TDE language is not yet functional, but you can choose your own language in "Configure KVIrc → General options → Language → Force language".

New feature added to #TDE ksnapshot. It is now possible to drag-n-drop pictures from ksnapshot directly into other receiving containers, such as browsers, file managers, image programs and anything accepting "text/uri-list" types.

Not a #TDE program, but since we collaborate closely with the project, we are glad to promote the release of Uncrustify 0.82.0!

Uncrustify is a source code beautifier for C, C++, C#, Objective-C, D, Java, Pawn and Vala, with tons of configurable options (857 atm) that allows for many different formatting styles.

We are delighted to announce the release of #TDE version R14.1.5.

A number of changes have been added to #TDE's LDAP-related code to provide support for:

- OpenLDAP 2.5
- password change
- profile avatars
- display name for LDAP groups

All changes will be part of the upcoming R14.1.5 release.

1. panel blur effect strength option: let you choose how much to blur the panel
2. 3D border option in the desktop pager for improved look
3. icon margin option in system tray (available through 'Configure System Tray') to better space icons
4. ability to rename desktop names in the pager (right click desktop and choose 'Rename').
