@dangoodin the problem is they are actually not reciprocal tariffs. What he calls tariffs is actually just trade deficits. The EU does not impose 35% tariffs on the US. What trump is trying to do is equalize trade so Americans buy more American stuff. The problem is tariffs don’t actually achieve that. Instead it will result in Americans paying more for day to day items. If he wants to bring manufacturing back to the US he should do what Biden did with the CHIPS act which incentivised manufacturing of high tech items, which is starting to have an impact in the US

@SheHacksPurple bloody hell. I have never heard of such a thing, unbelievable! Struggling to think of advice to give to communicate with such an out of touch board. If they have corporate owners like a VC or PE firm and they have some contacts there that might be a route?

@lerg had the same thing recently on a ferry trip back from France. I would rather have the inconvenience of the allert than the use of the devices by stalkers though. Nice to see it working as intended

@josh I would also take the person aside and dig into what concerned them about having endpoint protection. It might be that there is a problem that needs addressing
