This thing sounds phenomenally good. For $110 you get the 43131 DAC that all the kids are into, Bluetooth (SBC only though so you can’t use it with AirPods), balanced output for all you nerds out there and… a cool cassette-style display. Worth.

Christmas came early for me. Absolutely stoked to own a CD player again.

CDs are super-cheap and easy to collect and they haven't been inflated by collectors like vinyl has so you can get banger records for a few dollars, and even new releases often cost less than half of their vinyl counterparts.
