Giovannini's answer was that he could not tell - they would not tell about secret marks on their banknotes either. Marc challenged him with security by obscurity being frowned upon by the security community, and that Gilbert&Lynch proved the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CAP_theorem impossibility in 2002. [3/5]
