Anyways, Investopedia's article basically answers my question, if I had more time and I was able to use a laptop/desktop.
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/a/armslength.asp
What Is an Arm's Length Transaction? Its Importance, With Examples

In an arm's length transaction, the buyer and seller act independently and have no relationship to each other.

Investopedia
  • This topic (business legalese) was non-controversial,
  • The query overall doesn't offer much opportunity for others to benefit from poisoning the AI chatbot's LLMs,
  • I only had my smartphone with my cellular data for internet access,
  • I couldn't spend more than 10 seconds without verbalizing my intent to consult my smartphone to relative strangers in the social environment I was with, and
  • I could only spend much less than 1 minute of effort to research answers to my question.
I figured these additional conditions pragmatically justified the use of AI-synthesized search result summary (in this case, DuckDuckGo's Search Assist):

I'm not blanket anti-AI. However, there are only a handful of situation in which I genuinely need to use AI (regarding what is available in early 2026). To be clear, I am not an AI maximalist.

For example, I was reading a legal form at a local brewery, and I wanted to know what "to bargain at arm's length" meant in an extremely short amount of time. Yes, I could've opened the first link few links from DuckDuckGo, but I don't read that fast on my phone.

The answer has written in the stars.

I can buy "Scarlet Fire" by Otis McDonald for $1.50 US!

(As a DankPods fan, it's about time for me to put a hi-fi copy of the song onto my Tangara. I'm not sure why I couldn't find it earlier, but better late than never.)

The original album on Bandcamp is here:

Also, the same album on vinyl has extra tracks:

An interesting development has occurred: Firefox now uses Brave Browser's adblock-rust since version 149.

Lastly, I'm surprised that Nick Crowley didn't point out that this could be thematically related to the concept of the "mile high club":
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mile_high_club

(Though I can't really complain that much, since he's probably already rocking the YT institutional boat by investigating this mystery strand. I won't spoil the twist if you can't immediately discern it, but you may recognize the name Nadia Marcinko.)

One of the best "out of context" lines from Nick Crowley is from this video:

[It] feels like it was written by AI at a time when AI wasn't even a thing.
