It hit me today that I literally spent years gathering info and playing politics with my friend groups and that a sizable portion of the respect I achieved was from *successfully* over-analyzing what to say to who.

The firehose of info to do that with is mostly cut off now. It's time to lose some folks on accident, and honestly- that's a relief.

You kind of suck that way.
Just remember: the most revolutionary thing YOU can do is be mean on social media!
🎵 I only think in the form of crunching numbers...

To no one in particular:

Two years ago we literally had a deadly riot at the US Capitol because a sore loser made up crazypants stories about the election being stolen with rigged voting machines, despite there being no evidence to support these delusional claims.

And now you want people to vote over the freaking INTERNET? Something just about every reputable expert agrees we don’t know how to do securely or reliably?

What drugs are you using? Your friends need to stage an intervention.

Feels like a good evening to set the phone to DND, meditate, and touch grass.
Synthy afternoon, new mechs on the way, new creative outlets. I am feeling very optimistic for what this year could be.
Trading Pokemon with your spouse? I guess growing up was alright after all.

The taco tendency to latch onto one person in a new space and message them asking if they want to be friends within 5 minutes.

Don't worry, I haven't done it. But I've been tempted!

It's...pathetic? Sad? Hilarious? Enraging? Disappointing?

Is there a word for feeling all of those about someone at the same time?
