What is with these user hostile subscription dark patterns from Apple?

If you are ending an Apple One trial period, they give you a checklist of services you want to continue. For any services you check, if you change your mind, there is no way to cancel them before you get charged for them again.

Also, in the Music App, after the Apple One trial, there is no way to continue just an Apple Music subscription, there are only Apple One options.
