About MeI’m a Manila-based writer working on Soft Landing, a self-guided walking tour and zine concept for quiet solo travelers.
Among all the paintings at the Ayala Museum, this one is my favorite.

Chilly morning in Tagaytay Highlands.

Days like this you can barely see the far off mountains because of the thick fog covering it.

My favorite quiet spot in Manila.

This is unlike most Starbucks. At 8am, there is hardly anyone. You can witness the busy Sta Ana street from the second floor. The people - mostly locals coming from the early mass or parents waiting on their pre-schooler. And the view of the Sta Ana Church (Our Lady of the Abandoned) is its best kept secret.

Quiet sun-lit spaces at the heart of Makati.

They say that space is a luxury in cities. I feel like a millionaire already.

I wish I had the discipline to take more pictures. But then again, I wouldn’t be able to relish the deliciousness of describing the things I’ve seen to you. With each recounting, a new detail emerges. It is as if I am telling you the first time.

These are a couple of snaps I remembered to take.

“Four Centuries of Spanish Engineering Overseas”
Centro De Turismo, Intramuros (February 2026)

If anyone else is interested in slow travel, city wandering, or places that feel emotionally quiet, I’d love to find you.

Hello! I’m Tabby.

I’m a Manila-based writer working on Soft Landing, a self-guided walking tour and zine concept for quiet solo travelers.

I’m interested in cities, fiction, gentle travel, and the small emotional architectures of everyday life.

Glad to be here.🐈‍⬛
