Device not recognized - sh.itjust.works

Hi so I have a Thermaltake water cooler with ARGB leds. It does appear in Asus’ Armoury Crate (Aura Sync tab), but not in OpenRGB. Curiously, I also have a G502 mouse that is appearing in OpenRGB but not in Armoury Crate. Btw, I mostly want my water cooler to be available in OpenRGB. Hope you can help me solve this issue.
