The case of my missing Apple AirPod has finally been solved. It appears that it went through the snow blower like I had suspected. Found the remnants scattered on the lawn after the snow melted away.

Stuck on bathroom cleaning duty this afternoon. I fortunately have some Datarock in my music collection to help dull the pain.
