Trying to get better at looking after my brain and body

I think today is the lowest I have ever felt at work.
Three restructures in less than 12 months, redundancies business wide a month ago, and then my team having their last day yesterday …
I’m spent.

Has anyone used EAP through their employer? Keen to know what the experience is like.

A lot of incredibly talented people from my work got made redundant last week. I’m still employed but suffering survivor guilt and it’s brought up some horrible memories of when I was made redundant from my last job.
