Sadly cut my slats a few cm too long (better than too short) so the other closet has to wait until later.

Added the first layer to the roof part. The nice thing is it’s actually getting less drafty by the moment. Perhaps this can be a spare bedroom in the current housing market??
And last stop for today, the insulation itself. Not shown: 6 garbage bags of stuff that had been hiding here for years.
