I’d recommend scrolling through the home timeline and replying to people’s posts if it seems like they’d want replies. Building connections individually (rather than blasting out posts and waiting for followers) is the best way to enjoy being in this community.
Once you’ve made some friends, you can expand out from there.

We used Notion as an internal knowledge base at my previous job. Meeting notes, tech docs, product roadmaps, software architecture docs, project planning, lit reviews for papers, etc. Creating a page, especially from a template, is easy.
I use Obsidian as my personal digital garden and Zettelkasten. I write basically blog posts about things I care about and link them to each other to find novel connections.

Healthy Gamer is such a good resource for mental health. Highly recommended. It’s made so many concepts in psychiatry, psychiatric care, self care, career planning, relationships, and general well being accessible to me.
