I really hate the #windows Calibri font. Such terrible kerning. If I had a nickel for every time I thought there were two spaces between words...
@Ghosty @architect @seasharp @wheeler @AmericanIdiot @Jasper_Ben Thanks for the tip. I think I found a good solution. The blog post from @architect and setting up PowerTop to autotune seemed to do the trick.
@architect, heard you on the AskNoah Show talking about the Pinebook. Have you tried installing Arch in it?
@architect @seasharp @Ghosty @wheeler @AmericanIdiot @Jasper_Ben another update on my battery life. I am testing my battery life today. I started at 90% full (my battery no longer goes above that). I've been going for 2 hours now (119 minutes to be exact) and I'm only down to 38%. PowerTOP says I'm discharging the battery at ~23 W and it says I have 1:31 left. I have been keeping the brightness relatively low, but I've been using it outside. This is the best it's been since I switched to Arch.

If Trump does build his wall, we should paint flames on it. It'll be the great firewall!
I am getting terrible battery life on my MacBook Pro on Arch Linux (only about two hours). I have cpupower, powertop, and macfanctld enabled. I had to use macOS for a project recently and I realized that I was getting a lot better battery life (closer to 5 hours). Does anyone have ideas of how to troubleshoot?

LinkedIn sucks. Just saw this mesage when I searched for how to rearrange the sections of my profile:

"We recently improved the LinkedIn desktop experience. The ability to reorder your profile sections is temporarily unavailable. Thank you for your patience."

I AM NOT GOING TO BE PATIENT FOL LONG!!!

Whenever I use the dd command, I think that it stands for "destroy disk". It helps me make sure that I'm careful, I guess. Does anyone else think this when you use dd? Or am I just weird?
Reading the Google JavaScript Style Guide there are so many references to "Google Style" and all I can think of is how awesome it would be if someone did a Google Style cover of Gangnam Style...
