I also don't think so, but I also don't see much difference between British and Canadian institutions (and the USA to a lesser existent, its size and global position distinguishing it), beyond some superficially details.

What does indigenouse mean in this context, because Iive in Britain, in particular England, and I don't think our state is meaningfully different from the the canadian state ( of cause there are differences )
The closest thing we have to indigenouse people would probably be commoners, and wastlanders, which have essentially been destroyed for 300 years, and even then they were not really native in the sense of the Americas.
To get to that ypu probably need to go back to before the pre-roman occupation.
