While I'd love to think that the recent climate change related tornados, fires, floods, and heat domes would challenge the remaining climate deniers, I suspect they might just pivot to being climate doomers who'll say it's too late to change.
Anything that absolves them of the need to change.
As we approach independence day here in the US, I'm thankful that I live in a country with a constitution that enshrines my right to burn or desecrate as many holy books or flags as I want to under the 1st amendment.
That number is zero. I'm still thankful, because it's important that the country I live in doesn't value the feelings of a mob of religious zealots over my freedom.... unless they're Christian zealots. Then I'm out of luck with this Supreme Court.
