Demo on the motorway - no more new motorways! - Mobility transition now!

Lüneburg, Bockelmannstraße (height of AGL) with an intermediate rally on the motorway!
Together we want to send a strong signal against the construction of motorways and for a social and climate-friendly mobility transition. We will ride as a large bicycle protest in Lüneburg on the already established northern part of the A39.
We are allowed to do this for the first time because we won in court!
Anyone who builds more motorways in times of climate catastrophe is acting irresponsibly. Even the decisions of the coalition committee one week after the latest warning of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change do not change the fact that we cannot wait any longer with the transport turnaround. Instead of accelerated motorway construction, a motorway moratorium is needed to put all planned motorway projects to the test from a climate perspective. Instead of further destruction of nature and promotion of climate-damaging mobility, there is an urgent need to finance a nationwide barrier-free public transport system and transport networks for walking and cycling.
The mobility transition leads to more liveable cities worldwide and to enabling mobility for all, whether young, old or disabled. At the same time, the need for an immediate mobility transition is part of the demand for global climate justice. People are already affected by the consequences of the climate crisis. Especially those who have contributed least to the crisis are affected
Direct Action Training in Wolfsburg April 28th - 30th 2023
Acquire know-how, a small portion of cheekiness and courage and be part of a change. There are a variety of forms of action with which we can interfere politically in an attention-grabbing and effective way: Hidden theatre, blockades, communication guerrilla, sabotage, creative use of the right of assembly.... In this weekend workshop we will get to know a variety of forms of action, discuss the legal framework and try out some of them.
