@stux @davidgaw as an outsider in this discussion, I live in Europe and visit the USA a couple of times per year, I observe that the 'service' you induce comes across as incredibly fake and insincere. I'm often left with the feeling that i'm watching a performance, for money. It's a power game which I can't get used to.
