@simonbs The following doesn't work reliably due to unbalanced willPresent/didDismiss calls. Pages seems to have found a work-around.
@simonbs I notice that Runestone has the same inputAccessoryView issue Storyist does. Any thoughts on hiding it when Writing Tools is presented?
