I did a deep dive into SEO a few years ago when I was launching a project. Best practices were so structured and formulaic, which was a big turn-off personally, and a bad fit for the project. But I have to laugh now, because obviously the content was designed to train the LLMs. I think about this a lot. Probably too much.
Sometimes it's fun to be stuck on a short story. Sometimes...

@bolt451 I don't write sci-fi fantasy and I've only had one short story accepted, but I'd use something like chillsubs to filter for sci-fi/fantasy mags that accept simultaneous submissions and start with those. Because the turnaround is brutal, and doing submissions one at a time could mean months of waiting. LMK if you want details!
