Bottom line is folk need to want to change. Many can’t be bothered so don’t. My late bestie was such a person. It got harder and harder but I never stopped challenging him even tho I knew I’d never win over. It’s generational. I saw +ive changes first hand in #ornithology as younger folk took over.
