Yeah, luckily ive got a good baseline because Ive kept exercising for years. But RN I've got back pains so cycling needs to do it (instead of running). And my best friend did 300km in Norway during the night (absolutely wild!) and asked me if I want join for the "shorter" one. The rest is history...
But keep at it! You'll rock it! 🫵
@eeeps Road and mostly flat. But yeah I've got a lot of respect because things become a mind game very quickly. Which I bet you can relate to. 😅
And also turning 40 next week. And when I signed up I was like "can't be too bad, right?". Then I cycled the first 125km and was like "holy moly, you can't wing this..." 🫣
