Yeah, luckily ive got a good baseline because Ive kept exercising for years. But RN I've got back pains so cycling needs to do it (instead of running). And my best friend did 300km in Norway during the night (absolutely wild!) and asked me if I want join for the "shorter" one. The rest is history...
But keep at it! You'll rock it! 🫵
