Made a new blank to use as a mold.

Ended up going with 110% scaling factor which was probably a bit too much. The eye hole spacing is a bit weird. Still, probably the kind of thing that nobody but me will notice.

Holy shit look at this costume. I only learned side-glow fibers were a thing a couple weeks ago. Probably better than el wire for many applications.

Today @rowanyote and I got a vacu-form box about half finished. Gonna use a cannibalized IR space heater which should warm the plastic really evenly.
