New Stack Wallet and Stack Duo releases.

SW changelog:
- Fix FROST error
- Show XMR private tx key option

SD changelog:
- Above AND
- Monero churn
- View only wallets (both BTC and XMR)
- Node options for tor connectivity

All platforms (Win, Linux, Mac, ios, android, fdroid)

New versions of Stack Wallet (2.1.7) and Duo (1.2.3) out now. Release notes for SW below, for SD just remove anything non-XMR or BTC.

Release notes:
- Added XMR/WOW coin control
- Added Cardano
- Updated to latest Flutter
- Updated to latest Frost (more on this later)
- Updated underlying monero_c
- Updated themes server with fixes
- We didn't release the last Duo even though it was ready, so everything in previous Duo post applies too (sorry all!) All platforms.

New Stack Wallet release (v2.1.2). Lots of bug fixes and QoL stuff here.

- Added viewing xpub and xprivs for BTC and derivative coins (so view-only is just around the corner)
- Phone will no longer timeout when on the Fusion screen (cont'd)

New Stack Duo release (v1.2.0):

• We've added Tor support for Monero and Bitcoin (including .onion addresses)
• We've added RBF and CPfP for Bitcoin

If you're a Bitcoin maxi and don't want to try Stack Wallet cuz it's full of shitcoins, try Duo - It's just XMR and BTC.

New Stack Wallet release (v2.1.0).

We've released our Monero refactor which brings Monero (and Wownero) to all platforms (including Windows finally!).

In addition this release brings Tor functionality to XMR and WOW also.

Lastly, a bunch more Firo fixes and optimizations. We are finally at the tail end of these and have only a couple more optimizations we can make. But Firo is in an excellent place, right now. Duo release coming in the next couple of days (for real this time :P)
