it's weird how body temperature changes while asleep like I just woke up from a nap feeling so comfortable and fine and in five seconds a heat wave hits me and I'm profusely sweating, like how did I feel fine asleep under a weighted blanket wearing a whole sweater and pajama pants?
did my body feel hot the whole time but didn't feel like telling me until I woke up?
