Every time I set my mind to do something, I instantly get this intense nagging feeling that grows more intense, until I either decide against it or force myself to do it. It fucking sucks, because it stops me from doing creative shit that I want to work on. What is this?

All I wanted to do was post about how frustrating it is that when I take the initiative to dress nice and people notice, I get super self conscious; however, my first instinct was to word it like a Green Text… My brain is fucking poisoned.
