The new iOS interface is nice, I like it. Always happy to see the end of this flat UI era, and back to a form of skeuomorphism. Glass reminds me of what Vista/7 tried and I loved that.

In Memoriam: Mushu the Bearded Dragon 2022-2025

It’s with a heavy heart to announce that Mushu, our pet beardie and often the muse of various imagery I’ve used on social media, has passed away after a battle with illness. When we chose to adopt a beardie, we were presented with two identical baby clutchlings. Mushu had apparently been bitten badly by another dragon and had a toe missing, which tugged my heart strings from day 1. We’ve been fortunate to watch our little buddy grow into a vibrant, and somehow very personifiable beardie for a typically isolated species.

@cyberia Unfortunately so, but to be fair - ignoring the good ol' Mullenweg madness, it does mean plugins have to undergo another review that they might've not done in a while, so it's a pain in the arse but does increase the level of stability of the wp.org hosted plugins, so... Silver lining and all that!

@cyberia Hey! Thanks to some kind contributors it should be coming back soon. WordPress need it to be reviewed before it comes back. See https://github.com/soup-bowl/simple-smtp/issues/175

It was removed because of a trademark dispute (it had "WordPress" in the name), not for any technical reason, so you're good to keep it going while it's offline (I'm not sure how it presents to the user). If you want to update it sooner, it's available for download on the GitHub page until it's restored.

Tl:dr - No need to worry.
