I’m making an iOS app, a Ravelry client (a knitting/crochet website for those not familiar). I added this marquee text when a title is too long for the row. Is it weird?

Been a hard few weeks. But I’ve gotten back into knitting and I’ve been having a lot of fun!

Tried to order a bunch of books for Isabel from Portugal and they canceled my order because of Trump BS. 😭
How do I have a walker now??
Nothing like having a baby to humble you. Made a delicious bolognese that cooked for 3 hours and then got to watch Isabel painstakingly pick out and eat just the carrot bits and throw the meat away. 😂😭
Tomorrow we have an appointment for Isabel at the children’s hospital, which is a 10 minute walk from home, 5 minutes past the daycare.
The appointment is for speech therapy for Isabel, because she was born without an ear canal on her right ear, so we want to make sure to support her speech development. While not what we were hoping for her we are so lucky about all the support she has here, from the incredible audiologist at the hospital to the amazing Early Start program in Oakland.
