Losing weight too fast can destroy your organs, so this is a very stupid take.
Man it’s been a long time but essentially 98 was the first one to allow for plug and play without drivers if I’m remembering right. That and a few other stability issues made the original crash constantly, including during the demo at a tech show. They re-released it as a second edition that fixed most of it. If you bought the computer towards 1999 they had fixed it.
Or vista lol, or windows 98 that was so bad they essentially recalled it and re-released it as a second version?
You just described Citrix whole business model
I have fond memories of the og Xbox and the 360, guess I can’t really speak past that for enjoying them since that’s the last Xbox i owned

As the city redesigned 1200 West to better connect State Route 252 with communities in the southern end of Cache Valley, officials installed a protected bike lane, enhanced pedestrian crossings and curves in the road to slow traffic. They also put in raised concrete slabs at intersections to force drivers into slower, wider turns.

Not surprising, everyone says they want safer roads but won’t give up the F350 to haul their larded ass around or drive even slightly slower…

It was nice knowing Xbox while they lasted…
To be fair, the road design is literal highways all the way around it making it impossible to safely walk. It’s terrible design and super hazardous to pedestrians but there is a safety reason behind the rule.
Desktops also offer better heat dissipation and peripheral replacements extending the life of the unit. It can be difficult for most folks to replace a laptop display or even battery nowadays frankly.
