I think it's brave to hope a new year will be better. 2022 was hard for many people I know. It's difficult to predict the future. It's also okay to set smaller goals like taking better care of yourself, spending more time with friends, and doomscrolling less.
Learned that the term “crocodile tears” entered English during the Elizabethan era via Greek tales of a mysterious beast that moaned like a human to lure its prey, then after eating, would cry out in pity for the consumed.

All because Greta Thunberg owned him so hard his little wee-wee fell off.
