My Memorial Day surprise home project was filling a giant pothole in our driveway. The water had completely undermined it under this crack and it collapsed when we eventually drove over it. Had never realized how thick asphalt is, it’s a good 5-6”.

Guess I had the “bad” HDMI cable hooked up to the Apple TV for the last few months so it hasn’t been HDR and I feel like I should have noticed.

If you use AirPods 4 on macOS Sonoma, they show up as a generic headphones icon in the menu bar. AirPods 3 look like AirPods. I guess that stuff doesn’t get backported.

Experienced the chaos of an older Samsung Galaxy which was full of junk apps and it really made me appreciate iOS. I don’t know how they got it in that state but it was just constant pop-ups like an old Windows 95 machine. Had to nuke it back to nothing.

Been trying to buy more movies lately but it sure was painful to see The Creator show up on one of our streaming services before I got to watch the copy I bought.

Just got back from our annual camping trip with friends in Vermont. Weather was wild this year. High eighties and humid on Thursday and Friday, then a very severe thunderstorm rolled in and dropped the temps to fifties on Saturday and Sunday. Still fun of course!

We have a random special election to replace a state rep today and we got six inches of snow, so I bet turnout is going to be single digits.

Amazon logistics: I ordered a t-shirt that didn’t fit. Told Amazon it was “too small”. They immediately made a replacement order for the same size. It instantly was too late to cancel as well.

@upahead love the app! Unless I missed it, there doesn’t seem to be any good icon to use for counting down to a marathon. Maybe you could add a runner or a shoe?
