STG, some people STILL think that the way to get more engagement is to spam people with a link that isn't even hyperlinked. Yes, this is about a micro-manager and my attempts as their social media support to try and be more human and relatable, which get ridden over.

It's such a small thing in the grand scheme of things. So why am I so p****d about it?

Pretty sure there will come a time when I leave but it's not yet and although I've considered it I also know that sometimes in some situations it's good to bide your time.

When people spout rhetoric about diversity and inclusion and then continually proceed to act in ways that are anything but that, it's exhausting and God forbid you try and have a conversation about ways in which things could be more inclusive without being made to feel like an idiot for even mentioning it. Yeah...lol.

Time and again I have the realisation that I can only care about people so much, if they don't meet me or do their bit then there's nothing more I can do. I never want to be the "I did warn you" person and I'd never say it out loud but so be it. Time reveals all.
