@RogerBW Exactly, the friend group wasn't just people; it was a place I went to participate in something I'm passionate about. It's such a blow.
This morning I made tangible steps to cut myself from a toxic friend group. It's a strange feeling - like a weight has been simultaneously lifted, and another added on. However, I'm confident that I made the right decision - to stay would be to compromise myself; to change who I was to fit in.
Knowing that I'm doing the right thing and still feeling shitty sucks, but I guess I just need to let some time pass.
Just wanted to rant about this. How is everyone else doing?

EileenKiffin@JesseSound Open world was interesting the first couple of times it was done over 10 years ago, games like Skyrim etc were like tech demos with promise of further development - but when that open world is filled with boring check box crap, the distance between objectives becomes tedious and monotonous.
Instead of building on the open worlds of the past, they are just being made... again, and again and again.
