Howdy folks! We’re gearing up for our 2025 year in review episode, so just wanted to put it on your radar - stay tuned here for our Social Links Question of the Week in the next day or so!
I’ve been fine since late afternoon, and just trying to relax tonight. Hoping that sleeping in, comfort food, One Piece, and gaming helps tomorrow be a calm counterbalance to the stress I’ve been dealing with largely 😵💫
Yikes, started to feel a panic attack coming on at work this afternoon, so went home early as soon as I was able to and I’m taking a mental health day tomorrow. I don’t have panic attacks often, but they’re quite unpleasant and my heart goes out to anyone who experiences them regularly ☹️
Just beat the main story of Pokémon Legends: Z-A after about 30 hours of playing. Although there were a few things I think could have been improved on, I overall had a great time with it and think the game has a lot of great ideas that I hope future games will continue to expand upon!

GAME BUOYSOCIAL LINKS QUESTION OF THE WEEK
Hello, folks! This week we’re talking about horror games over the last decade of so, and some of our favorites to spend time with this Halloween. What are yours? (Please only respond if you’re comfortable with us reading your responses on air, thanks! 👻🎃)
As someone who hasn't spent much time at all with the Silent Hill franchise, I've started playing the Silent Hill 2 remake to get into the spirit of the season, and I find the atmospheric dread and focus on solving puzzles quite compelling. But as a gay, I can't help but make the obvious joke here
I always keep my starter on my team in Pokémon games, and had every intention of keeping Chikorita on my team, but then I caught this Shiny Sassy Bellsprout and I pretty much had to put her on my team. She’s a Victreebel now!
Only a few hours in so far, but already enjoying Legends Z-A quite a bit!
I'm already a day behind with the timed rollout of content for #BlueProtocolStarResonance (which I'm finding pretty enjoyable!) but I also need to get my weekly #FinalFantasyXIV alliance raid in before the reset. Not to mention that there are multiple games, both modern and vintage, that I really would like to be playing.
I know this is very millennial and "tired of adulting" of me, but can I please just not have to go to work so I can play more video games? 😩
