Could it be that intellectual property by and large doesn't actually help artists, writers or musicians but functions to consolidate power in the hands of mega-corporations who leverage legal might to exploit the shit out of smol beans while simultaneously economically throttling the public's ability to enjoy art, writing and music?
That IP is fundamentally antithetical to the ethos underlying the creation and (non-economic) valuation of art, writing and music?
That IP destroys culture and shrinks minds?
That IP should be disrespected and ignored and undermined in every way possible??
