@jawarajabbi while it is still a small margin this time, I could generally use the popular vote as a reminder that sure the electoral college and even the Senate are totally antiquated ideas that are not scalable, but with that popular vote at least there was a vestige of hope from my neighbors. That's not here this time around and all the checks and balances have failed.
