A second @[email protected] poll commissioned by @[email protected] and @[email protected] shows 56% of Oxford residents support Low Traffic Neighbourhoods, with 29% opposed and 15% neither. The β€˜omnibus’ poll, carried out last month, was based on a sample of 249 residents regularly polled by YouGov.

Circulation plan for Leuven, Belgium (pop. ~100k). Cars can’t drive directly between the coloured zones. Purple zones are car free, with some exceptions for deliveries, residents and people with disabilities. One year after introduction, cycling was up 32% and bus use up 12%.
