However I’m in a good position. My coworkers like me and enjoy my company, management and supervisors treat me respectfully, I’m UNIONIZED (though I’m not sure how effective the Union is), and my store has always tried to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. So, thankfully, not as much to rant about than you think! Just funny stuff mostly and a bit of wtf
Would anyone care/mind if I posted about dumb work stuff here? Working retail at a grocery store has been an...experience these days/months lol. Even before that customers sometimes just...yeah. Thankfully only 1 out of 100 customers are rude/weird with me but those interactions suckkkk. Also management irks me sometimes (but of course)

The fact that our fucking store had to make a mask policy is kinda funny. The Manitoba Government still refuses to make facemasks mandatory, so one by one stores are doing it themselves. Cases are skyrocketing and yet...no mandate. Never vote fucking Conservative...JFC...
