Apart from everything else (and there's so much else), it's one side of the "AI" debate insisting to drag all of us along, even when we ask not to. Pilfering our data, sticking "AI" into anything and everything, not disclosing the usage, etc. I can believe something is the best thing ever. But I won't force another to do the same. I can try and convince, and even then, depending on the urgency of the issue I would tune the level of my advocacy.
This alone is enough to give all of us a big pause.
