Stoked that the movie “Sentimental value” brings home the first ever Oscar for a Norwegian feature film.

Getting 9 nominations is obviously huge in itself, but bringing an award home is something else entirely!

As the date approached it also became more and more clear that anything beyond the “best international film” category would be a massive surprise (bar Stellan for best supporting actor maybe), so pulling it off must have been a huge relief for the team!

Anyway: massive recommend! 🇳🇴

Having read the book, this really makes me wonder how they’ve filmed the climax 🤪

(I assume they’ve used an LED volume, which often looks worse than green screen imo - ref: Ant-Man Quantumania)

Looking forward to the movie though!

• Adding new destinations requires massive investment.
• Original signal systems were installed in the 1900’s.
• Upgrades are always performed by the lowest bidder.
• Efficiency grinds to a halt every holiday due to repairs. Use the bus replacement service.
• No service in Northern Norway.
