I’ve been dealing with hip and hamstring pain for a year and a half. Insurance denied my surgery twice. I finally turned to PRP (platlet rich plasma) injections today. One in the hip and one in the hamstring. Two more in the hip over in the next two weeks and fingers croseed I’ll be back to full health in six weeks or so.
