@cathalmeas I guess the question I really wanted to ask if it says anything about it being a Matroska file or not, because then maybe using the .mkv extension might work. But otherwise yeah, that's MP4 and should play in Firefox at the very least, weird....
@cathalmeas is it actually mp4? what does it say in the "codec details" tab when you open up media information (under the tools or window menu, seems like) in VLC?
